9. Lets Play Tennis

(Give me a yellow fuzzy ball, and a racket in my hand,

Cause playing tennis is really great, especially with you and me.)
 
Now bounce the ball up and down, and throw it in the air.
And swing as hard as you can swing, till the ball gets from here to there,
 
Run forward and back to get to the ball, jump up, and bend so low,
Cause playing tennis is very fast, so don't be too slow.
 
Now you can lob or you can volley, whichever you please,
Hit your forehand or your backhand, but still bend your knees.
 
Hit with spin or hit with slice, but don't be mean on the court,
And always be nice to your friend, be a really, really good sport.
 
Now if the ball goes high up in the air, move in and put it away.
Use a shot just like your overhead, to make the point stay.
 
Now use a cross-court or a drop-shot, whichever one you choose,
Playing tennis is really fun, if you win or if you lose.
